Question: How often should the HEPA filter in my incubator be changed?
Answer:

Manufacturers recommend that HEPA filters be changed at least once per year to maintain proper operation.


Question: Is the calibration of your instrumentation NIST traceable?
Answer:

Yes.  Each instrument is calibrated annually and the documentation kept on file.


Question: How accurate is the CO2 sensor on my incubator?
Answer:

CO2 sensors are accurate as long as they are calibrated once per year.  T/C sensors can drift as much as 1% within one year.


Question: How long is my calibration valid?
Answer:

The industry standard is one year.


Question: How often should I clean my filter or condenser?
Answer:

Manufacturers recommend that filters and condensers be cleaned at a minimum of every 3-6 months.
