Diversified Laboratory Repair offers a variety of high quality, cost effective service contracts to meet your desired level of coverage. These services are offered to our customers to detect any operational issues and to minimize the down-time of your laboratory equipment. Please contact our Contract Administrator for more information and a quotation designed to meet your individual requirements.

	Preventive Maintenance Contracts
	Semi-annual maintenance inspections to meet equipment manufacturer recommendations to ensure the optimum level of reliability and efficiency. Emergency service provided 24-hours per day, 365 days per year at prevailing rates.
	Silver Star Limited Contracts
	Parts and labor contract providing coverage during normal business weekdays between the hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Contract includes semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections. Equipment pre-inspection required prior to acceptance under this contract. Emergency service provided 24-hours per day, 365 days per year at prevailing rates.
	Gold Star Unlimited Contracts
	Unlimited parts and labor contract providing emergency services 24-hours per day, 365 days per year. Contract includes semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections. Equipment pre-inspection required prior to acceptance under this contract type.
